Products are divided into different categories. SCA course sample sets are only available to certified AST trainers. The corresponding sets are available for Green Coffee and Sensory Skills courses in Foundation, Intermediate and Professional levels. A selection of the exclusive specialty coffees and microlots for coffee lovers are listed under Green Coffee. The new Tasting Sets include various samples and offer the opportunity to learn more about coffee quality. Each set is dedicated to a specific theme. Our program Stay Fit for Cupping is for professional cuppers and those who want to calibrate themselves regularly. Current Courses as Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) modules and Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) training programs are also available in the shop and can be booked directly.

The calibration tool for professional cuppers and coffee lovers!
The Stay Fit for Cupping Program 2.0 is aimed at professionals and coffee enthusiasts who want to continuously monitor and improve their sensory skills. It is the new calibration tool to ensure precision, consistency, and connection to the global coffee community.
We constantly adapt to new formats, new sensory approaches, and the evolving needs of the industry. As coffee analysis advances, so do we – ensuring that Cupping 2.0 remains relevant, modern, and future-oriented.
Each session brings something new: a fresh sensory or visual exercise designed to train and sharpen perception. We also integrate an interactive quiz format where participants can test their knowledge in a playful and competitive way. There's a chance to win in every session – with challenges such as:
- Guess the origin
- Identify the processing method
- Sensory and visual recognition tasks
- as well as other evolving coffee challenges
This makes each session unique, exciting and educational.

- A package containing 6 coffee lots (100g each)
- Access to the Cropster Cup application for a cupper
- Optional additional access for further Cupper members (up to 3 per subscription, bookable separately)

Each session brings something new: a fresh sensory or visual exercise, designed to challenge and refine your perception. In addition, we introduce an interactive quiz format, where participants can engage in a fun and competitive way. At every session, you have the chance to win through challenges such as: Guess the origin, Guess the processing method, Sensory and visual identification tasks, And other evolving coffee-related challenges. This makes every session unique, engaging, and educational. Service Overview The annual subscription includes:- A package of 6 coffee samples (100g each), delivered for cupping every three months
- Access to the Cropster Cup application for one cupper (Optional access for additional cuppers - up to 3 per subscription, purchased separately)
- Worldwide shipping included in the annual subscription
- Ability to compare your cupping results with cuppers worldwide
