Our comprehensive sensory report includes a full evaluation based on the following four elements:
- Sensory analysis
- Green coffee defect counting
- Moisture measurement
- Sieve analysis (bean size)
This report does not constitute an official certification, but can be used as:
- Internal quality reference
- Neutral third-party assessment in case of complaints or quality issues
- Detailed and structured quality feedback
We need at least 1 kg per sample to carry out the analysis .
